Coaching Summit 2020

This year, ICF Jakarta Charter Chapter decided to hold the ICS as International Coaching Summit and invite international speakers as well as open for international participants. On the previous year it was stands for Indonesia Coaching Summit.

No, the session will take place every weekend from 7 November to 28 November with live session according to the schedule. In addition, the recording sessions will be available for 1 week after each session completed. Access to the recording will be disabled afterward.

If you are registered as speakers, you are automatically registered as participant as well. Therefore, you don’t have to do the registration process.
While for those who are registered as coach, you will need to register again as participant of ICS 2020 and follow the flow of registration including completing the payment. However, we have registered you’re your account as a coach in coachingyuk.com, please check your registered email on the instruction how utilize coachingyuk.com.

The recorded sessions will be available for 1 week following the session dates, for all registered participants. Access to the recording will be disabled afterward.

If you are registered as ICF Member, you will have an ID Member that is available on your profile page in the ICF website. Sign in to https://coachfederation.org/

During your registration, you should choose either you want to register as ICF Member or Coaching School Representative. Each has different benefit for different type of tickets.

To attend the virtual conference, you need a good internet connection, your device or computer, and a valid registration. You can login directly through the ICS 2020 schedule page or through the link that is embedded in the ‘add to calendar’ feature sent to your registered email.

Chat room will be available for everyone to share comments including questions.
Moderators will ask participants to ask questions and address the questions posted.
Live sessions will have live Q&A sessions.

The CCEU certificate will be available 1 week after the last date of the summit. You will receive a link in an email from ICF Jakarta.

Once you have your coach profile completed in coachingyuk.com, the participant will book you through coachingyuk.com platform to have a coaching session.
It is recommended to have the session as its scheduled, however it is open to set another schedule as per the voucher validity.

You will receive coaching voucher as per your registration. Use this voucher to book a pro-bono coaching with one of the coach registered in coachingyuk.com.
Find and select the coach, then you follow the instruction in the platform. Don’t forget to use the voucher code to change the receipt to IDR 0,00.
Once you are done with the booking, you will be directing to a coaching page that consist of you and the selected coach. Phone/Video call feature is available on that page. Your session is ready to run as per scheduled.

Coachingyuk.com is an independent platform for coaching. Once you are registered you can use the features at anytime and anywhere you like in an easy and simple way. Learn further about coachingyuk.com

On the ‘Buy Tickets’ form, choose Single Session, list of sessions will be appeared for you to choose. Press ctrl to select multiple sessions as per your preference or press shift for bulk selection in a row. Make sure you you check your selection before you move forward to the next form page.

It is the code we created referring to each session. MOR means MORNING Session, AFTER means AFTERNOON Session, EVEN means EVENING session. While the number on the last code refers to the date of the session. You can check the session on the Event menu.

Once you have paid the tickets, you will receive email from ICS 2020 Committee describing your payment receipt including information that in 1x24 hours after your payment, the link of each session will be available on the Event menu with Attend Live button. You can access that link during the scheduled session. If you don’t want to miss the session, you can click Add to Calendar button.
